Refund and Returns Policy

At Sphynx Bed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your bedding purchase. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to make sure you have peace of mind when shopping with us. We came up with this 30-day returns policy so that you can return items to us in acceptable situations.

90-Day Happiness Guarantee:

  • We offer a 90-day Happiness Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your bedding within 90 days of receiving it, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Your happiness is our priority.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your bedding must be not used, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging. 

Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at +44 7398 862052. Please add your order number and the reason for the return. We can guide you through the procedure.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. It may take few days for the refund to show up in your account. 

Exchanges:

  • If you are unsure of the color, please order Free Fabric Samples before you buy. If, once the bed is delivered, you discover that you don’t like the color or material, we won’t accept the return. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your bedding arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
