We aim to deliver your bed within 5-10 working days, but it may arrive even sooner. Rest assured, we'll keep you informed by sending an email containing the delivery date and time slot, which you'll receive several days before the scheduled delivery.

Certainly! We understand that sometimes you may need to delay the delivery, especially if you're decorating or moving into a new house. Once you place an order, simply get in touch with us on email, and we'll arrange a suitable delivery date.

We offer free standard delivery to mainland UK. For customers outside the mainland, please contact us for more information regarding delivery costs

To ensure safe and efficient delivery, all our beds are conveniently delivered in parts, ready for assembly. Don't worry. We've made the assembly process incredibly easy and straight forward. With our clear instructions, you'll have your bed put together in no time, enjoying a comfortable and stylish sleep space.

Absolutely! Unless you select one of our handpicked best-selling mattresses as a bundle for greater savings, the bed will be sold without a mattress. You can choose a mattress from the options available above.

Assembling beds with slats and solid bases is a breeze! Our beds are thoughtfully designed for quick and hassle-free setup, allowing you to have your bed ready in just five minutes or less. Please note that the gas lift ottoman bed may require up to 40 minutes for assembly, and we have a dedicated demo video to guide you through the process. Absolutely. Your safety is our top priority, and all our products conform to the strict fire and safety regulations set forth in the UK.

If you face challenges in assembling or carrying your bed to your desired room, we offer an assembly at an additional fee. Our couriers will place your bed in your chosen room and assemble it. Please note that free standard delivery is a doorstep-only service and does not include upstairs placement. For upstairs assembly, you can opt for our assembly service at an extra cost of £49.

We understand that selecting the perfect fabric can be challenging when you love multiple options. That's why we offer four free fabric swatches for our customers. Simply order the fabric swatches you'd like to sample from the free samples by clicking here , and we'll send them to you by post.
